What is Vajrapran?

Vajrapran (বজ্রপ্রাণ) is a powerful and transformative system that integrates the science of energy cultivation with holistic psychophysical development. It is not merely a physical exercise; it is a complete journey towards mental clarity, emotional resilience, and spiritual enlightenment. Vajrapran blends specific breathing techniques, movement patterns, and meditative practices to activate, balance, and strengthen the vital life force within the body. By working on all levels—physical, mental, and spiritual—Vajrapran provides a comprehensive system for psychophysical transformation, leading to profound healing, personal growth, and self-mastery.

The term Vajrapran is derived from two words: Vajra, meaning indestructible or immutable, and Pran, meaning life force or vital energy. Together, Vajrapran signifies the indestructible life force within each individual. When this energy is properly cultivated and channeled, it leads to ultimate health, inner peace, and mental resilience. Vajrapran empowers individuals to tap into their inner potential, achieve physical vitality, and develop mental fortitude.

Energy Cultivation and Healing. At its core, Vajrapran is about the cultivation and management of energy. This system activates the body's natural ability to generate and circulate energy for healing, detoxification, and strengthening. Through specific Kriyas (dynamic exercises), Dharans (static poses), and breathing techniques, Vajrapran practitioners can clear blockages, promote the free flow of energy, and rejuvenate their body and mind.

Vajrapran’s healing practice works on a cellular level, recharging the body's natural energy systems and boosting the immune system. Practitioners experience improved vitality, emotional stability, and enhanced mental clarity through regular practice.

The Four Streams of the Vajrapran System

Four Streams of Vajrapran meditation system
1. Vajrapran Dhyan (Meditation)

Vajrapran Dhyan is the meditation branch of Vajrapran. It focuses on mental stillness and cultivating inner peace. This meditative practice helps practitioners enter deep states of relaxation, clear mental clutter, and connect with their true self. Vajrapran Dhyan fosters emotional regulation, enhances mental clarity, and improves the ability to cope with life’s challenges. It is central to the Vajrapran system, facilitating spiritual awakening and self-realization.

2. Vajrapran Bayam (Exercise)

Vajrapran Bayam focuses on physical exercise and movement to cultivate energy within the body. These exercises are designed to strengthen the body, improve flexibility, and increase circulation. Vajrapran Bayam works in synergy with breath control to enhance physical vitality and promote overall health. These dynamic movements stimulate the body’s energy flow and activate dormant energy pathways, encouraging both physical fitness and mental clarity.

3. Vajrapran Aroggo (Healing)

Vajrapran Aroggo is the healing branch of the system. It emphasizes energy healing and detoxification. Through specific techniques, practitioners learn to direct energy to areas of the body that require healing, releasing blockages, and encouraging natural self-healing. The Aroggo aspect focuses on improving overall well-being by harmonizing the mind, body, and spirit, ultimately promoting a balanced, healthy life.

4. Vajramoti (Indestructible Wisdom)

Vajramoti refers to the development of indestructible mental resilience and wisdom. This branch trains the mind to become unshakable in the face of adversity. Practitioners develop mental strength, clarity, and unwavering focus. Vajramoti cultivates an empowered mindset, enabling individuals to overcome obstacles with composure and inner strength. It enhances mental fortitude, providing the foundation for spiritual and personal growth. Through Vajramoti, practitioners gain indestructible wisdom, which helps them navigate life's challenges with peace and grace.

The 108 Active Poses and 11 Dynamic Exercises of Vajrapran

Vajrapran Bayam
Vajrapran Aroggo

Vajrapran consists of 108 active poses and 11 dynamic exercises, which are essential for energy cultivation and psychophysical transformation.

108 Active Exercise (Vajrapran Dharan)

The 108 static poses, also known as Vajrapran Dharans, are foundational to Vajrapran practice. These poses are intended to hold energy, build physical strength, and enhance mental focus. Each posture is performed with intention and awareness, enabling practitioners to generate internal stillness while activating energy pathways within the body. These poses are deeply transformative and create a powerful connection between the body and mind.

11 Dynamic Exercises

The 11 dynamic exercises are designed to be meditation in movement. These exercises combine physical movement with controlled breathwork, resulting in energy flow and heightened mental awareness. They are intended to build flexibility, improve strength, and stimulate the circulation of energy within the body. These exercises create a moving meditation that helps practitioners cultivate both mental clarity and physical vitality.

What is Vajrapran Meditation all about?

The VM course is known as the Nine Circle VM masterclass featuring “Oti-Sunya Kriya” experience. In brief, it is: “Vajrapran Meditation is a method of meditation in which the body is the doorway, the breath is the key, and unwavering inner power with awakened consciousness is the destination.”

Vajrapran Meditation is a body-first meditative discipline that begins with physical awareness rather than mental control. It uses the breath as a precise regulatory tool to stabilize the nervous system and sharpen inner perception. Through disciplined engagement of posture, muscle awareness, and breathing, the practitioner develops deep, unwavering inner strength. This strength is not forceful or emotional, but grounded, steady, and functional under pressure. As stability increases, consciousness naturally becomes clearer, less reactive, and more present. Vajrapran therefore leads not to escape from life, but to embodied awareness and awakened capability within it.

OTI–SUNYA Kriya

OTI–SUNNYA KRIYA, “OTI” means very or super, and “SUNNYA” means Zero in Sanskrit. Not zero awareness, not emptying the mind, but the Zero State beyond stress, thought, and noise. In a world overwhelmed by constant stimulation, true stillness has become rare and deeply needed. OTI–SUNNYA Kriya is not an escape from life. It is a meditation-based return to clarity.

Rooted in ancient wisdom and refined through modern neuroscience, this unique VAJRAPRAN meditation approach works through the body first, stabilizing the nervous system, calming internal overload, and guiding the mind toward its natural state of balance. Here, Zero does not mean blankness. It means zero disturbance. Zero compulsive reaction. Zero inner noise, while awareness remains fully alive.
